Every job runs on a fixed-price contract with a transparent cost plan. Variations are quoted in writing before any work happens, so the final invoice never surprises you.

What guarantees do I get?

Residential new builds carry a 10-year structural warranty. Extensions and renovations come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee plus all manufacturer warranties on installed products.

Absolutely. We can arrange a site visit to a current build or introduce you to a recent client in your area — most of our work comes from referrals, so we're proud to show it.
